Delete your Partelo account

Partelo is developed by Mvirai. This page explains how to delete your account and data.

Option 1: in the app

Open Partelo, go to Settings, tap your name (Account) and choose Delete account. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Option 2: by email, without the app

Email contact@mvirai.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Partelo account". We confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, name, email address and profile.
• Groups only you used on Partelo, with all their expenses, settlements and activity.
• Your activity entries, AI usage counters and any data stored on your phone by the app.

What is kept

• In groups shared with other Partelo users, the expenses stay, because they are those people's records too. Your name is replaced with "Deleted user".
• Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google, under their own policies. We keep a record that a store purchase was released, without your name or email, so it can be restored to a new account.
• Server security logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
